White Trash Salad

It is a know fact that no matter how perfect your beehive, no matter how spotless your white gloves, no matter how confident you are in yourself and your choices, there are those that will, perhaps, disagree. I, personally, celebrate the arrival of Spring (and any other festive occasion) with a salad made of fruit and whipped topping. Frozen fruit salad, fruit enrobed in drifts of whipped topping representing the exit of winter and the entrance of spring. I look on this ritual as drama, a connection to the great continuum of the turning seasons, food fraught with meaning not to mention frozen fruit salad is just yummy! However, as stated above, there are those that have not embraced their inner Fabiola and therefore do not understand the symbolism and yummyness of Frozen Fruit Salad. And the best of all ways to lengthen our days Is to steal a few hours from the night, my dear. - Thomas Moore Fabiola wishes to thank Summer for one last glorious weekend (plus one day). Because she can not bear to let Summer go, Fabiola will extend this weekend with a few hours of "moon bathing" tonight.

All Work - No Play Makes for

All work and no play makes for truly bad hair. Hey there! Fabiola here (for the moment). I, Fabiola, want to thank the everyone that has stopped by recently, extra special thanks for the comments!! Mary, that ill tempered, wet blanket of a person has been working working. I have to tell you that just watching her makes Fabiola ... well not so much tired as, well, annoyed. A couple of weeks to go and spring fertilizer season will be over then Fabiola is going to insist on a roll and a comb out. At least.
